​     Once we got our awesome new puppy we were eager to find someone who could help us make sense of all the Thou Shalls and Thou Shall Nots regarding dog care. Google sure made everything seem way more complicated than when we had puppies in our childhood homes many many decades ago. Dr. Melling,
Thank you for the time spent with us last Friday. I can't tell you how excited and optimistic Tracy and I feel about having your help keeping our girls healthy and happy. You answered all of our questions and laid to rest many of the concerns we have been struggling with over the past few years.  

After leaving your office, the girls enjoyed a nice long walk on Good Harbor beach to start off a jam-packed weekend of exploring all the paths, trails and beaches we could find...I think all of us agree that was the best trip to the vet ever! Two very happy, well adjusted dogs slept all the way home on Sunday like they had spent the weekend at a health spa.  

We have started the girls on their newly tuned diet and it seems to be going well so far. Lucy is embracing the changes a little better than Sadie but, with a little bone broth if necessary, everyone's plate gets licked clean. We will be looking at our schedules for the upcoming month(s) to see when we can schedule the girls for a follow-up and will be back in touch soon. Thank you again for everything!
